Gary RailsbackGary L. Railsback, Ph.D., joined the George Fox University faculty in 2000 and the EDFL department just as the teacher education department at George Fox was experiencing rapid growth and was splitting into three separate departments. The new EDFL Department emerged as a graduate department offering the master of education, doctor of education and administrative license programs. From 2000 to 2003 as director of the Master of Education program. In 2006 he assumed the role of director for the doctor of education program, and in 2007 the department chair position. Prior to coming to GFU, Dr. Railsback served for three years as a professor of secondary education and chair of the teacher education program at Tabor College, Hillsboro, KS, and two years professor of secondary education at Sterling College, Sterling, KS.
