Management and Organizational Leadership
Purpose
The purpose of this program is to enable you to complete your bachelor's degree while enhancing your professional competencies and management skills. You will learn to:- Articulate principles of organizational dynamics relating to systems, culture, and environment
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and an understanding of organizational communication processes
- Compare and contrast leadership theories, models, and styles
- Develop insight into personal leadership style
- Identify the dynamics of globalization and the implication for organizational strategy and operations
- Develop a working knowledge of decision-making, finance, and interpersonal and group dynamics
- Develop the analytical and research skills necessary to identify organizational problems and to formulate solutions for those problems
- Demonstrate an understanding of ethics and Christian values and their applications for organizations
Credit Requirements
To graduate with a bachelor's degree, you must complete a total of 126 semester hours as follows:| Minimum required entry credits for major | 78 |

Program Format
- 36 semester hours
- 16 months
- Meet one night each week, 6-10 p.m.
- 4 to 5 Saturdays per program
- Classroom-style instruction with some online assignments
