Portland MBA Admission Process

Step 1: Complete an Application File

Complete all the application items online. We will start a file for you as soon as we receive your application. You will be updated by e-mail regarding your application's status. Once your application is completed, the admissions committee will review your file. 

Step 2: Group Interview

If your application is selected by the admissions committee, you will be invited to interview with a group of three to five MBA candidates. Your interview group will be presented with a group problem to solve while the admissions committee observe. No preparation is required. Dress is business casual.

Step 3: Complete Financial E-learning Course

After the group interview, if you are offered admission to the program, you must complete and pass the Harvard Financial E-Learning course. This course will provide online tools to learn basic accounting terms, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and the three main types of financial statements. Students who score a minimum of 75 percent on the pre-test are not required to complete the Harvard Financial E-Learning module.
