New Applicants Returning Applicants

We’ve taken the stress out of our applications

Student with a warm smile

It’s free, there are no test scores, and it takes less than 15 minutes to complete. Simply submit your application, send in your transcripts, and you’re done!

We will complete a holistic review, meaning we will seek to understand a student’s academics across their different years in high school along with their cumulative GPA. Our ultimate goal is to accept students equipped to thrive at George Fox. You’ll be considered for admission based on your GPA, either weighted or unweighted, so there’s no need to send us your SAT or ACT test scores.

Likewise, we don’t require an essay or references, but if your cumulative GPA is below a 3.0, we recommend submitting an academic reference with your application. The majority of students admitted to George Fox enter with a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher, and the average high school GPA for first-time freshmen is 3.7 (2023-24).

Application Process

Whether you’re a first-time college student or transferring in from another school, you’ll find the application process easy to navigate, so don’t feel intimidated! In fact, we’ve provided step-by-step instructions whatever your situation:

Visit Campus

Now the fun part: Visit campus! There’s nothing quite like actually being here in person to fully appreciate what we mean by the Be Known experience! Walk our beautiful campus. Meet with counselors, professors and coaches. Mingle with students. You’ll get a taste of what makes this place so special – and why you’ll soon think of it as your “home away from home.”
