MAT Plus

School districts highly value teachers who have specialist endorsements on their licenses. We have created a program for teacher candidates to reach this goal during their Initial Teacher Licensure preparation.

MAT Plus offers specialist endorsements in:

  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
  • ESOL/Bilingual
  • Reading
  • Online Teaching Endorsement (Boise only)

Eleven additional semester hours are completed online during the MAT program, making it possible for students in all George Fox locations to participate.
