Final Exam Schedule

Final exams are located in the room in which the class normally meets.Room assignments for final exams can be viewed at any time in MyGFU; please be sure to check the room assignment before the final exam time.

Students are required to take final exams at the time scheduled unless they have three or more exams in one day. In such cases, the student may make arrangements with a professor to reschedule at a mutually agreed upon time.

The final exam time for class start times marked * may conflict with another final for some students. In these instances, the professor may arrange an alternate final time for the class.

For classes whose starting times are not listed on the schedule below, please check MyGFU for the time and day of the final exam. Please note that the exam may not correspond with the start time closest to the unlisted exam.

Faculty may choose not to give a final exam at the scheduled time, but must use the time in another appropriate way, i.e., final lecture, unit test, oral presentations.

Monday of the last week is designated "Study Day." Monday only classes will meet that day, but otherwise there will be no scheduled classes, exams, co-curricular activities, music events, theatre events or athletic events, with the exception of prescheduled inter-collegiate activities. Review sessions may be organized at the request of students.

Students who wish to apply for change of final time must apply by the end of the tenth week of classes. Form is available at the registrar's office.

The final exam schedule for the 2014-15 academic year will be available here by August 15, 2014.
