The Doctor of Ministry (DMin) is the highest professional degree for those in parish or related ministries. It is designed for educated, experienced practitioners who desire to stimulate renewal in themselves, and in their ministries through advanced training, research and reflection.

Doctor of Ministry (DMin) Program Options

George Fox Evangelical Seminary currently offers a Doctor of Ministry (DMin) program option that focuses on spiritual formation from a leadership perspective. It includes an online component, allowing students to study from a distance, and four extended retreat face-to-face (F2F) learning experiences:

Additionally, we offer two Leadership in the Emerging Culture Doctor of Ministry (DMin) programs. Each degree track has a distinctive area of focus, different lead mentors, online coursework, and unique face-to-face (F2F) learning experiences:
