Once you have completed the application process and have been accepted into the program, you may begin to prepare for your first module of study.
Gaining "Student" Status at George Fox Evangelical Seminary
Once you have completed the following application tasks, you are officially a "student" at George Fox Evangelical Seminary:
- Applied for one of the DMin tracks
- Have been accepted into the DMin program
- Paid your $200 tuition deposit
If you have not completed the above tasks, go to the "Application process" page to do so.
Your status as a "student" allows you to access the registration, academics, and directory tabs in Bruindata.

Steps to prepare for module 01
In order to prepare for the first module of the program, you need to register for the module 01 courses in bruindata, to attend the first advance, to complete all ramp up work, and to access the FoxTALE course site to begin coursework. Follow the steps listed below to complete these tasks:
- Once the university has received the tuition deposit (TD), complete the following "ramp up" work in preparation for the first advance in late August:

- Purchase or borrow the books to read and software to use during Module 01 listed below. Unless otherwise indicated, all materials are listed in alphabetical order:

- In Bruindata, go to the "My Data" tab, scroll down a bit and select the "Class Registration" link (on body of the page).
- In the page that refreshes, select "Fall 2008" and "Graduate" in the drop boxes and hit the "Load registration" button.
- The call numbers that you will need for the Fall courses are:

- Once you have entered your call numbers, click "Add"
- Once you have added all of your courses, click "Saves Changes" and "OK" on the confirmation dialogue box.
- Check to make sure you are registered. In order to check to make sure that you have properly registered, check your "class schedule":

- In Bruindata, go to the "My Data" tab, scroll down a bit and select the "class schedule" link (next to registration link).
- In the page that refreshes, select "Fall 2008" and "Graduate" in the drop boxes and hit the "Execute" button.
- The courses for which you are registered will be displayed.
