Start With Someone You Trust

Help for Victims and Survivors of Sexual Assault and Sexual Misconduct

George Fox University is committed to providing a Christ-centered community that fosters a safe place to live, work and learn for students, faculty, staff and visitors. We respect and value all people as created in the image of God. Further, our sexual misconduct policy is intended to fully comply with all applicable legal requirements prohibiting harassment or sexual violence against any member of our community.

We are committed to providing support, as well as assisting you in all aspects of reporting and responding to the situation. Ultimately, you have a choice in how the process goes and the steps you choose to take. We strongly encourage you to use confidential on-campus or off-campus resources, and/or file a report with the Title IX coordinator or deputy coordinators or with student life/residence life.

It is important to note that George Fox has a "conditional immunity policy" for those who might be concerned about reporting an incident because of a possible policy violation.

Please note that this video was produced before the new Title IX regulations were released on May 6, 2020. We are in the process of updating the video to reflect new terminology but the information, heart, and ethos of our mission regarding our approach to incidents of sexual misconduct remain the same.
