Each of the graduate programs offered at George Fox University are an extension of the university’s mission to provide high quality, Christ-centered education. This is accomplished through a variety of programs designed to prepare students to enter professions, advance within their profession, or enhance their knowledge or skills. Professors teach all truth as God's truth, integrating all fields of learning around the person and work of Jesus Christ.

The Master of Education program is designed to fulfill the professional development needs of educators who specialize in different aspects of K-12 and higher education. The program empowers educators by honing the personal development and professional teaching skills needed to guide students in today's world.

No two graduate students have the same schedule, and most are juggling personal and professional obligations at the same time as their studies. Our program offers:

  • Online courses fall and spring semester at as well as on-site courses
  • Evening courses at the Portland Center and in area schools during the school year
  • A flexible summer schedule in Newberg
  • Easily accessible facilities
  • Up to 10 hours that may be accepted in transfer
