COVID-19 Update: Due to the current uncertainty, OWPC is hopeful that all summer programming will be able to go forward, however we hold all things loosely, recognizing the ever-changing nature of life right now. If you sign up to attend an OWPC event this summer that needs to be modified or cancelled, we will alert you to this as soon as possible and refund your money. Thank you for your understanding.

The Oregon Writing Project Collaborative supports excellence in the teaching of writing at all educational levels and subjects through collaboration, education, and community involvement. As a National Writing Project site, we are dedicated to improving the teaching of writing and use of writing to learn in our community's schools. Through a professional development model, the OWP Collaborative aims to build the leadership, programs, and research needed for teachers to help their students become successful writers and learners. We're proud of the more than two decades of work completed at the Willamette University site and now we continue to offer quality programming with our partners at George Fox University.
