Doctor of Management
Our doctorate approaches the topic of management from a variety of disciplinary and historical perspectives while providing grounding in organizational theory. We emphasize management education for those interested in teaching, coaching, training, and consulting in an educational or corporate setting. The program is designed for individuals who have earned a master's degree.

Four-Day Seminars
Our four-day seminars - held during one week each in January and May and over two weeks in July - enable you to complete your doctorate while working full time. Class sessions are supplemented with reading assignments and projects as well as participation in a vigorous online community.
