Program Overview CMC
The Contemporary Music Center is under the oversight of Greenville University in Nashville, Tennessee and is designed for students who feel called to a career in the music industry as performers, executives or promoters. The principal goal is to help Christians impact the "secular" music industry, although the program would benefit those who are interested in Christian music as well.

The program is located in Nashville, Tennessee. Courses include Faith, Music, and Culture; Inside the Music Industry; and specialized courses in two tracks for performers and music managers.

The CMC application should only be completed after being informed from the director of study abroad that you are accepted for an off-campus study semester.

Students must be full-time undergraduates with junior or senior status, holding a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher to apply.

While at CMC, you will live in the Brentwood Apartment Complex, located right across the street from the Contemporary Music Center and just 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport. Each fully furnished apartment features a full kitchen, wireless internet and free access to the fitness center and swimming pool.
