Ashlee Baltich joined the Doctor of Physical Therapy program as its director of clinical education in 2026. She arrived with experience as a clinician and educator, serving as the associate director of clinical education and as an assistant professor in the Pacific University School of Physical Therapy in the three and a half years leading up to her hiring, while also practicing as a staff physical therapist at Whole Body Health Physical Therapy in Tigard for two years.
She also worked as a staff physical therapist in Providence Newberg Hospital’s acute care facility from 2020 to 2026, and, before that, worked in the same capacity for the Providence Newberg Medical Center’s outpatient orthopedics division. Her career in the field began as a staff physical therapist at the Providence Clackamas Rehabilitation Center (2019-20).
Baltich holds board specialty certification in pelvic and women's health physical therapy. She earned a doctor of physical therapy degree from Pacific University in 2019 and a bachelor’s degree in applied science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2009.
She lives in Tualatin with her husband Mike, son Arden, and her two fur babies, Rusty and Napali, and attends the Independent Apostolic Lutheran Church in Ridgefield, Washington. Ashlee enjoys running (especially when it's at Disney World), lap swimming, sewing, outdoor adventures all year round, and spending time with her family.
