Emily Wyatt

A nurse with 13 years of experience in critical care, alumna Emily Wyatt, joined the College of Nursing as an assistant professor of nursing in 2026.

She arrived as a familiar face on campus after working as an adjunct clinical instructor and simulation facilitator during the 2025-26 academic year. In the previous 10 years she worked at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin as a relief nursing supervisor, primary charge nurse, and Intensive Care Unit staff nurse. Before that, Emily was a Progressive Care Unit staff nurse at Providence Portland Medical Center from 2013 to 2016.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from George Fox in 2013 and holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education degree from Western Governors University (2026). She is a member of the George Fox Sports Hall of Fame for her accomplishments in track and field.

Emily lives in Wilsonville with her husband, Taylor, and two children, Adeline and Archer. She attends Grace Chapel in Wilsonville. She enjoys working in her garden, baking, and staying active outside with her family.
