Passport Information

PASSPORT ANNOUNCEMENT
Do you need a passport? Do not WAIT!!! Due to COVID-19, the wait time for getting your passport processed could be up to three months. For those of you who are looking to go on Juniors and Study Abroad, do not put this off.

George Fox University's Mail Services will not be hosting "Passport Days" this year. If you need assistance and information, please contact us at, mailservices@georgefox.edu.



You can apply for or renew your passport at the Dundee Post Office Monday through Friday. Their phone number is 503-538-8250.

Please call ahead of time to be sure the passport clerk will be there. They will take care of everything.

General Information

ID Requirements:

  • Current driver’s license or state-issued ID with current last name
  • Original or certified copy of birth certificate (this will be submitted with passport application and returned to you from the state department)

Two Types of Passports available

Passport Book and Passport Card. The passport card is good for any domestic flights. You must have the passport book for all international travels.

Cost for Passport Books

Prices are subject to change without notice. These are prices as of December 2017.

Passport book is good for 10 years. Required for Juniors and Study Abroad trips. Children under the age of 15 are required to have both parents present.

Payment

Checks Only. No cash, credit or debit cards accepted. Checks required. Change will not be available.

Two checks required: 

  1. One to the state department for passport
  2. One to the USPS for the fee (and picture if required)
