Fall asleep to a jungle cacophony and wake up to Howler monkeys, perched in trees near our hotel. Look for sloths when transiting by bus, and for dolphins and whales on a Catamaran trip through Pacific waters. If you like being outside, experiencing nature, and seeing places with some of the richest biodiversity on the planet, this trip to Costa Rica and Belize will be for you!

In addition to learning more about the history and culture of Costa Rica and Belize, there will be ziplining, kayaking, white water rafting, hiking, and snorkeling, plus visits to chocolate and coffee farms and Mayan ruins, late night dinners next to the ocean, and plenty of time to relax on the beach.

This trip is perfect for students who love being outdoors, who want to see animals and birds in their natural habitat, and who are interested in stepping outside their comfort zones and into a cloud forest, or onto a volcano. We will be exploring history, culture, religion, biodiversity, and what peace and reconciliation look like in these Central American countries.
