Communication: Building Confidence and Connection
Communication is a skill every company is looking for in an employee. While it seems like something that should be easy to understand, it is often the reason for relationship problems, losing jobs, academic struggles, and stress and tension in our everyday lives. Communication is at the heart of how we write, speak and relate to one another. It’s arguably one of the most valuable skills you can learn if you desire to make an impact on the world.
This course will allow you to utilize your own communication culture, while implementing elements of healthy communication and controlling the conversation climate around you. Learn in-depth observation skills for your surrounding environment, involving nonverbal communication, to create a more effective response to those you encounter.
Whether you are preparing for college, interviewing for jobs, or simply wanting to communicate with greater confidence and clarity, this course will give you tools to add to your toolbox of transactional and meaningful conversations. Strengthen and improve your communication skills through this interactive course.
