How to Find Your College Transcripts

Wondering how to find your college transcripts? Whether you’re looking to apply to our Adult Degree Program or receive your free transcript review, you’ll need a copy of your transcripts from previous institutions. Here’s how to find them!

Unofficial Transcripts

All you’ll need for your free transcript review is your unofficial transcripts. These can often be easily accessed through your student portal at a previous institution.

How to Find Your Unofficial Transcripts

  1. Log in to your student account at your previous university. You may need to reset your password.
  2. If you can't log into your student account, contact the Registrar Office at your previous university.
  3. If your university has closed, follow these steps.

Once you have your unofficial transcripts from the college(s) you’ve attended, email them to Leah Gomes at lgomes@georgefox.edu with “Transfer Credit Review” in the subject line.

Find Your Official Transcripts

To apply to our Adult Degree Program or other degree programs, you’ll need to request an official transcript from every regionally accredited college or university where you completed even a single course.

Find the college(s) you’ve attended below, and follow the steps to request your official transcripts. Then, send them to George Fox University.

Send Your Official Transcripts to George Fox

Electronic transcripts are preferred for speed and accuracy. Official transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to admissions@georgefox.edu. If an electronic option is not available, unopened official transcripts can be sent via mail to:

Office of Admissions
George Fox University
414 N Meridian Street #6089
Newberg, OR 97132

If your university has closed, follow these steps.
