Physical wellness is about more than just fitness; it’s about stewarding the gift of your health so you can show up fully for your students, colleagues and family. We provide the tools to help you move, nourish and rest your body in a way that feels sustainable and life-giving.

Free pool and gym access is available for all George Fox employees with a valid ID card (register at the CPRD desk). Family members may be eligible for discounted passes. 

Free fitness classes allow you to focus on strength training, low-impact aerobics, balance practice, stretching, yoga and other activities.

Ergonomic Assessments

Improve your workplace well-being with a holistic ergonomic assessment designed to create a supportive and comfortable desk environment. The process begins with an interactive online evaluation and educational session to identify immediate improvements, followed by a personalized in-person consultation.

By combining data-driven insights with a physical workspace review, we ensure your equipment and setup are perfectly tailored to your needs, helping you stay healthy and productive throughout the workday.
