Commuter Life

George Fox University is intentional about engaging and equipping commuter students with resources along their academic journey. Almost half of the undergraduate population commutes to campus. This is a significant portion of our community, and we have a team in place to serve you. To learn more about this team, see their bios

If you further questions, reach out to Kristi Welker, director of commuter life, anytime at or 503-554-2308.

Why are you working for Fox as the Director of Commuter Life? Great question, I’m glad you asked! I love working with college students to help them feel connected with others and supported in their academic journey. College is such a transformational time and it is important to have people around you supporting you along the way. My ultimate desire is for God to use my skills and gifts to serve students here at Fox. If you are a commuter, I am excited to get to know you and journey this this year with you.
