As a student in our executive leadership concentration, you’ll be equipped to take on new leadership roles, align resources to competing priorities, and design a high-performance organization.

Executive Leadership Concentration: Who It’s For

The executive leadership concentration is for business professionals who wish to enhance their careers as executives, consultants or university professors, and is ideal for mid- to upper-level managers or team leaders.

The concentration will be available in the spring of 2024.

Outcomes

The executive leadership concentration will equip you to:

  • Assess and address the real challenges of leadership, navigating the nuances of motivation, influence, alignment and decision making
  • Learn to do more with less in a constantly changing business environment
  • Integrate faith and ethics into your teaching and practice 

Courses

The curriculum includes 6 credit hours that cover executive leadership principles.

  • Aligning Resources to Competing Priorities (3 credits)
  • Designing a High-Performance Organization (3 credits)
